Uploadthingy - Large File Delivery Widget

We've been thinking about file delivery for printers and designers for a while now - especially after browsing all the web pages with long instructions on how to use ftp to transfer files - and have come up with a cool solution: Uploadthingy.
It's an upload form that you put on your web site simply by copying and pasting some html code from uploadthingy.com to a web page. When files are uploaded to you (up to 1GB!), you're notified by email and can download them. We take care of everything else.

Tom Biederbeck says... There have been fonts based on hands and gestures before, and of course there have been books on 'the language of the hands.' But I've never seen this subject explored more creatively or embodied in a more handsome and useful font. Jean-Benoit Lévy has rendered a remarkable service here. Bravo, J-B.

Mike Nicholls says... Wow, that is really interesting. We all realize that every sign or visual piece we see at some point has been designed. The fact that hands are apart of most signs, coinsides with the fact most people speak with hand their hands. Hands are definitely an universal language. posted on Nov 19, 2006
